Imagine your EGO is like a dog. Imagine walking on the street with your big dog with no discipline. It barks on everyone, it bites other people, it runs to catch a cat. This dog is out of control, doing what ever it want’s without listening to you. You are just running and following it where ever it takes you. In this case you have big issues with your EGO. But imagine if your big dog is calm and smart. It knows all the tricks, it follows you without any noise, it doesn’t run away from you, not disturbing people on the street and if you need it, it’s there for you. It protects you from people you don’t want to deal with, it helps you to solve the issues that you run into. It’s your protection, your tool in any situation. You can train your mind to stay calm and quiet, without processing all kind of EGO-centric issues. Your mind should be still, ready to serve you. Once you have a situation, you give a task to your mind and it gives you quick solution.

Does your mind deal with pseudo issues and wasting energy in repeating the same fears and regrets? Do you have thoughts in your mind that starts with: Me; My; to Me; for Me; without Me; Why Me; etc. Or if you ask your self questions like: “What do I get for it?” or “How could he/she do this to Me?” then you still have issues with your EGO. Start train your mind to be still, to be in peace. Try some of my tips from previous blog post. I will have more useful practices in my upcoming book.

Ayahuasca ceremony

I finally did my first ayahuasca ceremony here on Koh Phangan island. After years of calling and asking the Universe to give me an opportunity to experience the plant medicine I finally gave up. I stopped thinking about it and lost my interest. Then all of a sudden I was surrounded by people all talking about it, sharing their experiences and preparing for the next ceremony. For some of those girls it was second or even third time to do the ceremony. I had the right amount of money in my pocket, so me and my friend from New York decided to join them. It was a ceremony for nine people from around the world, mostly women. Ceremony was held by a British guy, who was very strict and serious.  During the trip I found out how strong my mind is to keep everything in order. I had to take three doses to get deeper into myself. I figured that I need to change my mind domination and get connected with my heart. Continue reading


What makes you scared? What are your fears? Can you make a list of your fears? It’s not easy to be honest with your self. But imagine talking about that to the others. It might even reduse some of your fears, if you can talk about them freely to someone who listens. Some fears are afraid of light, they disapear when you say them out loud. Some of them become funny. Some fear wants to be faced with open heart. Don’t run away, when you face your fear. Let it come to you and be present. Feel love in this present moment and let go of fear. Don’t fight it, just allow and forgive. Don’t forget to thank your fear for giving you a lesson. The lesson, that you ordered in your life. After you met or exposed all of your fears, you might become fearless. How does it feel to be fearless? Is it closer to enlightment? Or is it closer to true you?

Forest around You.

Imagine all the people around you are just trees. Stop wasting your time and energy on their thoughts or emotions. Don’t be afraid of their judgment. Stop listening to their stories, advices, comments – it’s all just their noise. Concentrate on yourself and people that are close to you. The rest is just forest.


Trust the Universe

The more You start to trust life and less control it with your mind, the more your life changes into a fairytale. We are born to thrive and experience pleasure of life. Sometimes there are hard lessons for us also. Let’s not forget that we chosed these experiences for ourselves. It’s hard for mind to accept the complexity of life and believe that everything is already there for us. We just need to let go of controlling every situation, allow things to come into our life and be present to meet them. This way we make space for much greater experiences and easier solutions in our day to day life. Follow Your dreams and allow Universe to make them happen for you!


How subconsciousness speaks to you?

Subconsciousness (Sub-c.) is receiving much more information than consciousness. It controls our body, temperature, digesting, heart beat, blood pressure etc. We would need a super computer to do all that. But how does Sub-c. speaks to us? There are no words, no pictures or sounds in communication between two different minds. The language of Sub-c. is expressed in Feelings. E.g. every time your stomace get’s empty, you feel hungry. If your body needs rest, you feel tired. These daily feelings describe how the communication works between subconsciousness and our conscious mind. All of our feelings are coming from our Sub-c. For more information about subconsciousness you can watch this precious lecture.


I love women for love not for women.

I love to experience love. I love to experience this feeling. I love the feeling. Loving another person is attachment. If you imagine, that only this person can give you this feeling, then you start to protect your love. At that point your brain is taking over the control of your feelings. Ownership is not love, it’s an idea! We don’t own anyone. We don’t need to. We can just let go and the connection with our partner heals itself. It becomes natural. It becomes LOVE.

Stay in Future!

Stay with your mind in the future. Take your best vision about your future and live it. If not possible in reality, live it in your daily dreams. Dream about your life instead of remembering things from the past.

All the memories that we have are not real any more. We just need to take with us our skills, knowledge and beautiful memories. All negative memories can be deleted. Forget about bad and your life will change into a flower!Pilt

Can You program your mind-computer?

Your mind works just like computer and there are certain ways to program it. Your belief system consists of different programs. All of your thoughts and feelings are related to your belief-system in subconsciousness. To change your perception of reality, you have to reach your subconsciousness and reprogram your belief system. There are different ways to do that. You can choose Psyh-K method. You can use mantras. You can try my own methods of meditations, that will help you change the belief system in your body and mind. By changing errors in your belief system you will change perception of your reality and the world will change around you.
